Welcome to Pet Shenanigans Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms provide a foundation for our relationship with you--our valued Pet Shenanigans Co. customers. Should you not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Overview

Pet Shenanigans Co provides customized products including, but not limited to:

  • Personalized coffee mugs
  • Custom photo puzzles
  • Canvas art and wall décor
  • Gift Cards to be used in our Online Store
  • Other made-to-order items

All products are created using customer-submitted images, text, and design selections.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that:

* You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
* You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
* The information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Customization & Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

* Image quality and resolution
* Spelling, grammar, and text accuracy
* Design choices (colors, fonts, layouts)
* Cropping or positioning of uploaded images
* Obtaining permission to use any images submitted

We print and produce products exactly as submitted. We do not guarantee image clarity if low-resolution files are provided.

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is unlawful, offensive, copyrighted without permission, or violates intellectual property rights.

4. Order Approval & Production

By placing an order, you confirm that:

* You have reviewed your customization details carefully.
* Image(s) that you provide are approved for production.
* You understand the product is made specifically for you.

Production typically begins shortly after purchase and may not be stopped once initiated.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

* Modify prices at any time
* Cancel orders due to pricing errors
* Refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions

Payment must be completed before production begins.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

* Carriers
* Wea

  • ther

  • Customs

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is delivered to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are customized, returns are limited.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

We will replace or refund orders only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • We made a production error

Customer-submitted errors do not qualify for refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Product images

  • Text

are the property of Pet Shenanigans Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Customers retain ownership of images they upload but grant us a limited license to use those images solely to produce the ordered product.

9. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or submit content that:

  • Infringes copyright or trademarks

  • Contains illegal material

  • Includes hate speech, harassment, or threats

  • Contains explicit or obscene material

  • Violates privacy or publicity rights

We reserve the right to cancel orders containing prohibited content without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pet Shenanigans Co shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Emotional distress

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preferences

  • Issues caused by customer-provided content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pet Shenanigans Co from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

  • Content you upload

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of our products or services

13. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

Once production starts, cancellations may not be possible.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
