Return & Refund Policy — Customized Products

Because all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we maintain a strict return and refund policy. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.

Custom Order Policy

All items are produced using the images, text, and design selections provided by the customer at the time of purchase. By submitting your order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved all content for accuracy, spelling, image quality, and layout.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from:

* Low-resolution or poor-quality uploaded images
* Spelling or grammatical errors submitted by the customer
* Design choices selected by the customer (including color combinations or font selections)
* Cropping or alignment caused by customer-provided files
* Incorrect information entered during ordering (dates, names, etc.)

Because these items are personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer-caused errors.

Damaged, Defective, or Production Errors

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives:

* Damaged during shipping
* Defective
* Printed incorrectly due to our error
* With a manufacturing flaw
* With a design issue that differs from what was approved

We will gladly make it right.

Eligible resolutions may include:

* Free replacement
* Store credit
* Partial or full refund (at our discretion)

How to Report an Issue

When a problem occurs...it's all paws on deck! We are here to help. To request assistance, you must contact us via email at toku.psc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

* Your order number
* Description of the issue
* Clear photos showing the problem
* Photos of packaging (if damaged during shipping)

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Color & Image Disclaimer

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor displays, screen brightness, and printing processes. Minor color variations are not considered defects.

We print images exactly as they are submitted. We do not guarantee image clarity or resolution if the uploaded file quality is low. 

We strongly recommend uploading high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher) for best results. Images taken from screenshots or social media may print poorly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders may only be canceled or modified before an order goes into production--typically within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes may not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

* Personalized or custom products
* Items made using customer-supplied images or text
* Digital proofs or downloadable products (if applicable)

If there is a legitimate issue caused by our production process, we will always work with you to find a fair solution. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love your purchase.
