Thank you for shopping with Pet Shenanigans Co. Because all of our products are custom-made to order, shipping times include both production and delivery timeframes.

Please review the details below before placing your order.

Production Time

All items are personalized and manufactured after your order is placed.

Estimated production time:

* Custom Coffee Mugs: 2–5 business days
* Custom Puzzles: 3–6 business days
* Canvas Art: 3–6 business days

Production times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods.

Shipping Origin

Orders are produced and shipped from our manufacturing partner’s facility located in New York, United States.

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer:

Free Standard Shipping within the United States

There are no additional shipping charges for U.S. customers unless expedited shipping options are offered at checkout.

At this time, we may not ship to all international locations. If international shipping becomes available, rates will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

After production is completed, typical delivery times are:

* United States: 3–7 business days

Total estimated timeframe (production + shipping): 

5–12 business days

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking 

information so you can monitor delivery progress.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment notification.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Customs processing (if applicable)

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

If a package is delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • Reshipping fees may apply

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by address errors

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address mistake after placing your order. Fees may apply depending on where the order stands in the production process.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pet Shenanigans Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was stolen, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

  3. File a claim with the carrier if applicable

We will assist when possible, but cannot guarantee replacement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
